Returns, Cancellations, & TAT Info

• RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because each item is handmade in small batches, I cannot accept general returns or refunds. HOWEVER, If your order arrived defective, damaged or with a shipping issue on my end, please contact me via email at happyhippiebaby2000@gmail.com or via FB Messenger within seven days of delivery. If possible, please include a photo of the damage or defect to help me resolve the issue quickly. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

• CANCELLATIONS (CUSTOM ORDERS)
Custom orders are created specifically for you, and production begins promptly once your order is placed. For this reason, please request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted and the order will be considered final sale.

• ANTICIPATED TURNAROUND TIME (TAT) 
Ready To Ship (RTS) Items: 1-3 business days
Made To Order (MTO) Items: 2-4 weeks
Custom Ordered Items: 7-10 weeks

If for any reason I exceed my stated TAT, I will contact you with the options to either:
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days. 
- Approve the additional time needed to complete your order.
